FOOD-LOVERS can experience a taste of Italy on their doorstep with the launch of a new restaurant.
That's Amore will welcome the first diners through its doors in St John's Square, Burslem, tomorrow.
It has been launched by father-and-daughter team David and Tasha Boulton, who have drafted in Italian chefs from Tuscany to ensure the cuisine is authentic.
And if successful, the pair have plans to set up branches in Stafford and Macclesfield.

Staffordshire Police launch investigation after man dies in 90ft...
POLICE are investigating after a man climbed a crane on a building site before plunging around 90ft to his death.
The man suffered multiple injuries in the fall and he was confirmed dead at the scene.
Officers were called to the construction site off May Place, May Bank, on Saturday afternoon.
It is understood negotiators tried to talk the man, who is in his 40s and from Newcastle, down before he fell.
Police have confirmed they are not treating the death as suspicious.

POLICE have released the name of a man who climbed a crane on a building site before plunging around 90ft to his death.
Forty-seven-year-old Paul Corne suffered multiple injuries in the fall and he was confirmed dead at the scene.

Police search for missing woman
Staffordshire Police is appealing for help to find a 23-year-old woman who has gone missing.
Terri-Anne Maxfield, from the Stoke-on-Trent area, was last seen leaving her family home at 12.30pm on Sunday, July 19 when she took a taxi to Stafford train station.
Police believe she took a train to London and may be in the Ilford area.

FIVE Port Vale supporters have been cleared of racial chanting.
The group were arrested after stewards heard a racist song being sung towards Bradford City followers at Vale Park last season.
