More than £70,000 of Lottery funding could soon be used to help revitalise an historic country park.Council bosses are applying for cash from the Heritage Lottery Fund to support a three year project to transform Biddulph County Park.And Staffordshire Moorlands District Council also wants to set up a 'Friends' group to help run the Grade I historic parkland.
