EXPERTS who offer free advice to victims of crime will be based in Newcastle, it has emerged.A consortium led by Staffordshire North and Stoke-on-Trent Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) has won a £2.1m contract to support victims - even if they have not reported the crime to police.The three-and-a-half year deal will see call centres based in Newcastle and another location in Staffordshire that is yet to be decided.Around 20 jobs will be created when the service goes live in September.Many of...
