FLOWERS and ornaments laid in memory of loved-ones have been desecrated at a town's cemetery.
The offenders ripped up flowers from graves and damaged ornaments and pots at Cheadle Cemetery, in Cheadle.
Vandals are believed to have targeted the Park Lane facility between 6pm on Wednesday, July 22 and 8am on Friday, July 24.
Now police have launched an appeal for witnesses following the incident, which comes just weeks after similar complaints about vandalism at the site.
