HOMELESS people are sleeping rough in a purpose-built city centre cycling shelter.
Stoke-on-Trent City Council launched the £40,000 Cycle Hub in Old Hall Street, Hanley, last March as part of efforts to boost cycling in the Potteries.
But it is currently being used by homeless men who have set up tents inside the structure.
