PARISHIONERS have been left 'stuck in the mud' – after parking their cars on the grass at a church.
The parking problems have got worse at St Michael and St Wulfad's Church, in Stone, since the building of a nearby flats complex.
The situation has got so bad that worshippers have been forced to push vehicles out of the mud and a pick-up truck has even been used to pull out stranded cars.
It has also led to fears that graves will be damaged.
