MOTORIST Luke Wain was more than twice the drink-drive limit when he crashed into a bridge – despite not having a driving licence.
The 21-year-old was also driving the Fiat Seicento without insurance when he hit the bridge after swerving to avoid another car.
Police responded to a report of the accident and found the damaged vehicle on the A52 at Froghall following the early-morning smash.
