TEENAGER Mohammed Hanif has been jailed after he was caught behind the wheel despite being disqualified – just weeks before he was due to start a law degree.
The 19-year-old was handed a 20-week suspended sentence and a two-year driving ban in December for dangerous driving and a public order offence.
