MORE than 70 residents have signed a petition against plans to build a 'hostel' with 28 bedsits in the city centre.
Developer M1 Investments Ltd wants to transform the former Combined Healthcare building, in Lower Bryan Street, Hanley, into studios and one-bed flats with a shared kitchen.
But families have raised fears the proposals will lead to a rise in anti-social behaviour and parking issues.
