Police have today named the man who died in a crash on the A51 on Saturday.
62-year-old Frank Woodcock from Pipe Gate, Woore, was killed when his Ford Transit Tipper collided with a white Ford Focus on the A51, at Stableford near Baldwins Gate.
Paramedics were called to the scene shortly before 7.45pm at the junction of Bent Lane and Dog Lane but nothing could be done to save him.
