DISGRUNTLED Stoke City fan Philip Johnson has branded the club 'mean' after charging him £7 per match to use the disabled parking spaces outside the Britannia Stadium.
The 69-year-old season ticket-holder suffers from Ataxia, a disorder which affects his balance, coordination and speech, and means he struggles to get to the ground due to the risk of falling down.
But when he inquired about a disabled parking spot he was told he could either pay £5 to use a car park further away...
