PENKHULLA 21-year-old man has appeared in court accused of wielding a baseball bat in the street.Hassan Mir, of James Street, Penkhull, pleaded not guilty at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court to two charges of threatening another with an offensive weapon. The offences are alleged to have taken place on August 13 last year.The case was adjourned for a trial, which will be held on a date to be fixed.
