Alcoholic Craig Marsden was driving while over the limit – and without a licence.Magistrates at North Staffordshire Justice Centre heard the 41-year-old was spotted by police driving into Cauldon Close, in Shelton. Prosecutor Steve Knowles said: "Officer spoke to him and he smelled of alcohol. A roadside sample was positive."He was fully compliant at the custody facility and gave an alcohol reading of 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35."Read more:...
