The number of armed police officers on the streets of Cheshire is set to increase during the Bank Holiday weekend.
As part of their response to Prime Minister Theresa May raising the UK's terror threat level to 'critical', Cheshire Police will be deploying more officers at various locations and events across the county.
The force has been working with local communities to provide extra patrols and reassurance while co-operating ith national requirements.
