A man has died after being hit by a coach on the A500 this afternoon.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to the Southbound carriageway near A52 Shelton New Rd, shortly before 12.25pm.
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent an ambulance, a paramedic area support officer and two BASICS doctors to the scene.

Quad bikes, motorbike and chainsaw among haul taken in raid
Burglars have stolen a haul of items including three quad bikes, a motorbike and a chainsaw from an outbuilding in Rookery.
Police are now appealing for information after the items were stolen between midnight on Sunday, January 31 and 9am on Monday, February 1.
The burglars gained entry to a secure site at a property in Alderhay Lane by damaging an electric fence.

Road closed for two hours due to man in distress on roof
A ROAD was closed for two hours after police received reports of a man 'in distress' standing on a roof.
Staffordshire Police officers closed off Bank Street, in Tunstall, at about 8.30pm on Sunday.
The 22-year-old man was initially refusing to come down safely.
A trained police negotiator and other specially trained officers were called to the scene, and they managed to bring him from the roof to safety at about 10.30pm.

The Macari Centre has launched in the council-owned Regent Centre in Hanley for a two-month trial.

A man has been handed a hospital order under the Mental Health Act after a police officer was seriously injured in the line of duty.
In a trial of facts at Stafford Crown Court, a jury found that Matthew Tearle, aged 35, caused grievous bodily harm to former police sergeant Jon King and was in possession of a prohibited weapon - a paintball gun.
