WINDOW cleaner Iain Yates has been banned from contacting his partner after he bit her on the nose and slapped her across the head.
The 44-year-old also grabbed Joanne Gillott around the neck during the attacks at her Leek home before threatening to kill her.
North Staffordshire Justice Centre heard Yates had previously been handed a restraining order before the couple got back together.
