POLICE have launched an appeal after a Stoke-on-Trent man failed to appear before magistrates.
James Michael Kent was due to appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on shoplifting and theft charges on August 20. But the 28-year-old failed to turn up.
Now officers have released details of Kent, as they attempt to track him down.
He is described as white, of medium build, with blue eyes and a Midlands accent.
