CANNABIS addict Kevin Varley was told to 'man up' and face his responsibilities after being caught planning to deal the drug.The father-of-two, aged 35, was caught out after police officers spotted him leaving his house in Greyswood Road, Trent Vale, in the early hours of the morning in April.
