FIVE teenagers were arrested tonight after fighting erupted on the streets before a gun was fired.
Armed police were sent to Meir after receiving reports of a mass brawl near the A50 tunnel.
One youth was reported to be in possession of a suspected firearm, which was believed to have been discharged.
As the incident unfolded several other calls were received from members of the public reporting disorder in and around Meir.
