A new special school is to open its doors in Stoke-on-Trent to cater for autistic pupils and other children who have struggled to cope in mainstream classrooms.Around £500,000 has been invested in transforming a former care home in Cambrian Way, Bucknall, into Aurora Hanley School.The independent school is expected to be up and running by this summer and will educate young people from the age of six up to 19.It will offer 40 places for youngsters with a range of needs, including Asperger's...
