Cannabis dealer Daniel Mannion was caught with up to £10,000 worth of the drug in his car – after he was stopped driving the wrong way down a road.Police pulled over the 24-year-old after he went through a no entry sign.While the defendant was sat in the police car the officer went to his vehicle and could smell cannabis.
